Here is the preliminary list of the new racial choices.
Fae and arasai were already pretty close to this schema and were not revamped although they will get some polish soon.

Sarnak
Innates:
Leaping - Jumping Distance
Hunter's Fury - short burst of speed

Choices:
Weapon Production - Weaponskill ability power cost reduction
Gathering - Half second reduction in all harvesting times
Reflexive Landing - 25% Damage reduction for falling
Stride - 5% movement bonus, stacks
Junglewalk - 25% movement penalty reduction from all snares
Spirituality - Divine Resist
Insight - 5 WIS
Herbal Supplementation - Healing Critical 2%, + Ministration / Melee crit + crushing
Fire Breath - Arc Fire Damage
Break Will - 2% Unresistability bonus to all Spells and Taunts

Ogre
Innates:
Rock Thrower - 1sec reduction to mining
Commanding - Presence grow in size

Oggokian Trade - Metal working power reduction
Rallosian Readiness - +5 Metal Shaping skill
