After talking with waral and the other officers

During raids that stawe is attending, He will be the only one to Parse and do the Spell Timers. Cobra will be used as back up if stawe was to die.

If stawe is not on the raid, Cobra will take care of the dps parse and all spell timers, nimmo will take care the healing parse.

If anyone has an issues with this please contact me on the forums or in-game
